At Mindful Wellbeing, we specialize in providing compassionate and specialized therapy services for individuals navigating the journey of pregnancy and postpartum. We understand that this period of life is filled with both joy and challenges, and our dedicated therapists are here to offer support, guidance, and healing every step of the way.

Many of our therapists come from a variety of professional settings such as hospitals (including Labor & Delivery units, Special Care Nurseries, and NICU), childcare centers and early childhood services. Additionally, many have lived experience with pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss and/or NICU stays. Mindful Wellbeing was founded with intentional focus on the perinatal population - it truly is a foundational aspect of the care we provide to the community.
