At Mindful Wellbeing we specialize in providing compassionate and effective therapy services for children and adolescents starting as young as 5 years old. On a case by case basis, we may be able to provide support to those younger than 5. 

We understand that growing up can be challenging, and our dedicated team of therapists is here to support young clients and their families every step of the way. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or navigating life transitions, we offer a safe and nurturing space for them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

What Parents Can Expect

Progress
Check-in

Throughout the therapy process, we regularly monitor and assess your child's progress to ensure that they are making meaningful strides towards their goals. We encourage open communication and feedback from parents to ensure that therapy remains aligned with your child's needs and preferences. Therapists will facilitate parent only sessions to share general reflections and give them an opportunity to share any progress or challenges that are continuing.

Education and Resources

Our therapists offer education and resources to help parents better understand their child's mental health concerns, learn effective parenting strategies, and support their child's emotional wellbeing outside of therapy sessions.
