Thai Yoga Bodywork
In Partnership with Cristina Willis of Be Free Be Yourself
Mindful Wellbeing partners with Cristina Willis to provide Thai Yoga Bodywork in our space. In existence for more than 2,500 years, Thai Yoga Bodywork is a 1-on-1 modality that incorporates yoga stretches, acupressure, Thai medicine, and energy work.

Kelly Simon is offering her services to clients in Mindful Wellbeing beginning September 2022! Kelly’s specialty in nutrition + women’s mental health training is a winning combo for anyone wanting to improve their nutrition or plan meals (yes, even if you are a busy momma!) We can’t wait to have you join us on your nutrition journey!
