Old patterns can be broken, and old habits can be replaced with new. Change and healing are possible, and you are valuable and worthy of good things just as you are.

Therapist (Clinical Intern)
Heads up! As a practice, we know it’s important to know all the details about our education and experience. However, we also want to honor our values of authenticity and being humans first. If you are looking for all the formal things, keep scrolling (it’s at the bottom).
I believe that healing happens in community, and that having someone bear witness to our pain and life experiences is incredibly powerful. Together, we can create a safe and supportive environment for you to discover what makes you unique and help you navigate your path toward the life you desire. It’s my honor to walk alongside people on this journey, offering encouragement, celebrating victories, and gently challenging you to grow as you work toward your goals.
What I find most fulfilling in this work is watching people step into their power and embrace their agency. Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, and the act of reaching out for help takes remarkable courage. I feel privileged to be trusted with my clients' stories, to hold space for all the parts of who they are, and to support their process of self-acceptance and growth. Through my practice, I help teens and adults who are facing a wide range of experiences and challenges learn to accept themselves, feel their emotions, and face difficult moments head-on.
Throughout my work, I strive to help clients cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and inner strength. I believe that healing is not just about addressing symptoms or solving problems; it’s about fostering a deep connection with oneself and learning to navigate life’s ups and downs with compassion and grace. Together, we will explore the challenges you face, uncover your strengths, and build the tools necessary for lasting change. My goal is to empower you to feel grounded in who you are, and capable of embracing whatever life may bring.
If you’re seeking a therapist who is authentic, warm, and who values humor as a tool for healing, I’d love to connect with you. Together, we can navigate the difficult and beautiful process of transformation, making space for healing and growth. Reach out today to start your journey toward self-discovery and empowerment!
