I help individuals who don't trust or believe in themselves in some aspect of their personhood or life find or develop that trust in themselves.

Heads up! As a practice, we know it’s important to know all the details about our education and experience. However, we also want to honor our values of authenticity and being humans first. If you are looking for all the formal things, keep scrolling (it’s at the bottom).

Therapist

If you are looking for a therapist who has compassion and reverence for you as a person first and foremost that would be me. I also bring extensive knowledge of pop culture, a decent dollop of humor, and an abundance of care to the table.

You are a unique constellation of humanity. This entitles you to some basics: respect, dignity, compassion, and acknowledgment that you are seen. Therapy isn't a band-aid to cover old wounds -- it's the courageous exploration of them. Understanding what has diminished your light, reclaiming your light, and finding the ability to hold yourself in the profound sacredness of all that you are. I can't walk the journey for you, but, I am honored to walk it with you.

I've chosen counseling work because I've lived and watched therapy unlock deeper self-knowing and trust for people that transforms their lives and breaks generational cycles of pain and suffering. Self-transformation is one of the great wonders of the world. Getting to be a part of that process with people is an honor. I hope to walk people's journeys with them in a way that allows them to grow in their self-empowerment and deep understanding of their worth, value, and abilities in this lifetime and use that understanding to transform their lives in any way they choose.

I will never get tired of seeing people find or take back their power. I can’t wait to help you on your unique journey!

I am HUGE pop culture fan! Specifically, I thoroughly enjoy reality television, crafting in all its glittery forms, and I am an avid knitter and crocheter. I love to read. I have read and will read any genre. Additionally, if something can be rainbow colored there is a part of me that will always believe it should be rainbow colored.
