“Opportunities to find deeper powers within ourselves come when life seems most challenging.”

Heads up! As a practice, we know it’s important to know all the details about our education and experience. However, we also want to honor our values of authenticity and being humans first. If you are looking for all the formal things, keep scrolling (it’s at the bottom).
Living a human life is a heroically weird and often awkward journey - all within a sphere of interconnectedness requiring courage, balance, compassion, and curiosity to face the uncertainties, losses, challenges, and grief that are part of the oxygen/gravity package.
With compassionate, informed care and support, it can also be a path to deepening understanding, growth, and peace. I value each person’s story, holding space for both their strengths and struggles. Everyone deserves a safe place to be heard and seen and valued for their authentic selves.
Though I knew I wanted to be a therapist from a young age, my path took me through the book industry in retail and in New Age Metaphysical book publishing. This experience deepened my comfort with people from diverse spiritual backgrounds and those who’ve had unusual life experiences and healing gifts.
I discovered my passion for end-of-life care early in my studies and began volunteering in hospice during that time. Becoming an End of Life Doula in 2019 after a dear friend’s death was a profound honor.
I am particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples (from age 9+), non-traditional relationships, those facing grief and/or end-of-life, trauma, ADHD, and transitions. I continue to deepen my knowledge in ADHD/Neuro-giftedness, trauma, and attachment-based therapies, with a future goal of pursuing psychedelic-assisted therapy training to help heal trauma and end-of-life fear. Social justice and dismantling harmful systems that oppress marginalized communities are also core to my values.
I’ve embraced my Alopecia Areata and my PunkGoth NeuroSparkly style and lighthearted SASS. I believe in befriending all parts of ourselves, and my own interests include a passion for British comedies, music, creativity, nature, the moon, Tarot, astrology, and traveling solo. I’m endlessly curious about human connection, resilience, and how we find joy and meaning in our lives.
