You do not have to suffer alone. You are where you need to be. You are loved and sometimes the most important love comes within yourself. You are stronger than you know and are capable of doing hard things. This too shall pass.

(she/her)
Therapist (Clinical Intern)
Heads up! As a practice, we know it’s important to know all the details about our education and experience. However, we also want to honor our values of authenticity and being humans first. If you are looking for all the formal things, keep scrolling (it’s at the bottom).
Therapy is one of the biggest acts of self love you can do for yourself. You are exactly where you need to be and are capable of doing hard things, even the smallest step is still a step forward and deserves recognition.
I love empowering clients to reach their most authentic and true self. I believe the most rewarding part of therapy is when clients understand themselves more deeply and are able to develop and regularly practice self-compassion. I want to help facilitate a safe space where you are able to process and explore the experiences and parts of yourself that have shaped who you are today. I help teens and adults with a broad range of disorders to be able to function in society by being able to accept, understand, and have self-compassion for every part of themselves.
Additionally, the most influential part of why I chose to follow my path of becoming a therapist is to mend the stigma my culture holds about therapy and mental health. By adding another Hispanic therapist to the field, I am opening the door to people being more open to trying therapy.
If you are looking for a therapist who is understanding, compassionate, gentle and will also challenge you to become your highest self, reach out to work together today.
I love trying new things and challenging myself to try them alone.
